Opulence is clean luxury. A cousin of Massacre of the Innocents, Opulence is a warm, cozy scent with a crisp, clean top. Based on Layton (but in absolutely no way affiliated), Opulence is darker than the fragrance but lacks the (perhaps controversial - scent is subjective) medical top notes. The base notes are more pronounced, the more jarring top notes are subdued, and honestly there's just very little not to like. Opulence is inoffensive and people-pleasing. There's nothing divisive, jarring, controversial, or upsetting, it just smells good.(Also, y'know, it'd photograph really well in a SOTD with a Goldmember. Just sayin'.)
